The only solution I found was to add site name of Juniper VPN login portal to Java settings at ”Security=>Exeption Site list” (picture juniper_java751.jpg). Java plugin in FireFox still needs setting "Always activate" (=no security questions from FireFox), so I quess also NoScipt extension should be installed as descibed abowe.
